The blocks will only fly away in the direction they are pointing, so you must approach the puzzle carefully. Swipe your finger around the screen to rotate the shape, find the right angle, and free the blocks!

Tap the blocks with outward-facing arrows to make them fly away.
Swipe the screen to rotate the 3D shape 360 degrees and discover hidden blocks.
