Mahjong Queens transforms the familiar beauty of Mahjong tiles into a thoughtful grid-based logic game. Study the board, eliminate impossible spaces, and discover the only arrangement that satisfies every rule.
Your goal sounds simple: find a home for every tile. The challenge comes from how the rules connect.
Each row needs one tile.
Each column needs one tile.
Each colored region needs one tile.
Tiles must never touch — even at the corners.
Every placement changes what is possible elsewhere on the board. Look for crowded regions, blocked rows, narrow spaces, and positions that leave only one valid choice. With careful observation, the complete pattern gradually reveals itself.
BUILT FOR LOGICAL THINKING
Every board in Mahjong Queens is designed with a single solution. You never need to test random moves or depend on luck. Everything you need is already visible — the satisfaction comes from noticing the connection that unlocks the next step.
Make a confident placement when the logic is clear, or mark spaces that cannot contain a tile. As possibilities disappear, even the most complicated layout becomes manageable.
NEED A NUDGE?
When you cannot see a way forward, use a hint to reveal a useful piece of reasoning. Hints focus on the next deduction instead of simply completing the puzzle for you, so you can understand the board and continue solving it yourself.
START SMALL, THINK BIGGER
Learn the essentials on compact 4×4 boards, then move through larger and more intricate challenges. Board sizes gradually expand through 5×5, 6×6, and beyond, eventually reaching 10×10.
Larger boards introduce unusual region shapes and tighter interactions between tiles. The basic rules remain approachable, while each new layout asks you to look at the grid in a different way.
MAHJONG STYLE, A NEW KIND OF PUZZLE
Traditional tile artwork gives every board a distinct Mahjong-inspired character, paired with a modern interface that keeps the logic easy to read.
Mahjong Queens is not a traditional Mahjong match or Mahjong solitaire game. It is an original placement puzzle that combines Mahjong-inspired presentation with the deduction rules of a Queens-style grid challenge.
