Start with an abandoned mountain, a rusty lift, and a limited budget. Clear terrain, cut your own trails, install lifts, make snow, groom through the night, and slowly bring the mountain back to life.
But this is more than a building game. Your ski area is a real business.
Every skier on the mountain is an individual. They choose where to ski, get tired, get hungry, spend money, leave reviews, and react to your prices, reputation, weather, and terrain. At the end of each season, you close the books with a full income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow statement, and valuation of what your mountain is actually worth.
BUILD YOUR MOUNTAIN
Shape trails directly on the terrain. Draw, name, and rate your own runs, then connect them with lifts ranging from surface lifts and double chairs to quads and gondolas.
RUN A REAL SKI BUSINESS
Set ticket prices, manage staffing, take out loans, buy equipment, pay for electricity and maintenance, and decide where every dollar goes. Demand changes with weather, holidays, reputation, and price.
MAKE YOUR OWN SNOW
Build a snowmaking fleet, watch the forecast, groom at night, and manage a season where good conditions are never guaranteed.

- Your guests get a real ski day. They pick where they are going, ride the park for real, hike back up for another go, and head to the village when a lift line runs long. Lifts can go dark at night, and a park is any run you flag with the Park switch.
Racing is one switch on any posted run. Lay the course with the new race tool, and the line takes the gates in order down the hill.
The trail map you share is a poster now, with a full key, lettered lifts and your bragging stats.
