Most arrow puzzle games end with an empty grid. This one ends with a fox. A panda, a toucan, a rocket, a cupcake, a fir tree with red baubles. Every arrow is painted in the colours of the cells it lies on, so the picture was never hidden — it was buried. You are not clearing a board. You are uncovering a mosaic.

Tap an arrow and it goes where it points, if the road is clear.
If another arrow is in the way, nothing moves and you lose a try.
Clear the board and the level is done. That is the whole tap away arrow puzzle.
