E-Commerce: Shop Simulator is a first-person store simulator where every sale starts as a web order and ends with you carrying the box. Turn an empty garage into an online retail business you run with your own hands.
BUILD A REAL WAREHOUSE
Order stock from suppliers and plan around timed deliveries. When a shipment arrives, its cartons land in the receiving area. Carry each one inside and place it in a rack bay. Cartons waiting on the floor are not sellable stock until they are shelved. Warehouse management here is physical work, not a menu.
CHOOSE WHAT TO SELL
Watch market prices and product trends, decide what to list and set your own prices. A higher margin helps each sale; poor pricing slows demand. Unlock more than 70 fictional products and move through five warehouse tiers, from a cramped garage to a mega warehouse.
PICK AND SHIP EVERY ORDER
Orders create real work. Take a picking cart through the aisles and collect up to four orders at once, one cart shelf each. Bring the loaded cart to the delivery area before the courier pickup time you chose. Miss the pickup and the shipment waits until tomorrow. Smart routes and tidy racks turn a stressful rush into a system that runs itself.
RUN DIGITAL ADVERTISING
Use two fictional ad networks built around search and social advertising. Choose keywords, audiences, budgets and campaign length, then track impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and ROAS. Search campaigns reward relevance; social campaigns build awareness. Cut the wasted spend and find out which products, prices and audiences actually work together.
MANAGE THE WHOLE BUSINESS
Revenue is only half the story. Pay tax, rent, electricity and courier bills. Late payments accrue interest, and careless decisions can push the business toward bankruptcy. Balance stock, ads, prices and cash flow before you expand.
IF YOU LIKE SHOP AND STORE SIMULATORS
You already know the loop: stock the shelves, watch the money, grow the place. This is that loop with the counter removed. There is no cashier queue and no till. Instead there is a warehouse, a picking cart, a courier deadline and an ad budget. If supermarket simulator, store manager and business tycoon games are your thing, this is the same job with a different floor plan.
FROM GARAGE TO MEGA WAREHOUSE
You start with a single room, a tablet and no customers. Five warehouse tiers later you are running racks of stock, several couriers a day and ad campaigns you actually read the numbers on. Nothing is handed to you: every tier is paid for out of profit you made by pricing well, buying at the right time and not letting the bills pile up. The shop grows because the operation behind it got better.
