Solve a board and it does not disappear. The rectangles stand up as buildings: a single cell becomes a tower, a long rectangle becomes a row of houses or a road, a wide one becomes a warehouse. District by district, a city takes shape on the grid you just solved.
Four cities, 46 districts. Quayside starts at the water with nine 3×3 boards to learn the rule. Crossing lays two boulevards across the plain and puts a rail line in your way. Hillside climbs three terraces and the boards grow to 4×4. Isle breaks the map into three islands joined by three bridges, where water cannot be built on and some districts are solved on two shores at once.
No timers, no lives, no energy to wait for, and no ads in the middle of a board. The game plays offline.
