Your personalized training plan:

Four training modes:
• Apnea Training – Inhale, hold your breath, exhale. Optimal intervals for maximum performance improvement.
• Pranayama – Four-phase breathing for relaxation and preparation right before snorkeling or freediving.
• Cyclic – Cyclical breathing training in rounds with hold and recovery phases that specifically increases your CO₂ tolerance.
• Custom Pro – All four phases freely adjustable from 0 to 240 seconds for competitive athletes.

Record your freedives with location, map preview, duration, max depth and notes — with location suggestions, and depth in meters or feet. Your training sessions appear in the logbook too, including a heart-rate graph per session.

Widgets & Apple Health:
Three home screen widgets show your streak, weekly goal and today's training status at a glance. Live Activities bring your running session to the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island. Completed sessions can be saved to Apple Health as mindful minutes.

Privacy & Sync Without an Account:
Your progress is securely synced across all your Apple devices via iCloud without requiring registration or an account. The data is stored exclusively in your private iCloud database—no tracking, no sharing, and the highest privacy standards.
