Have you spotted a laptop, a washing machine, a TV or a smartphone, whether new or used? Want to make a last minute gift? With the Darty application, you can buy the product of your choice directly within the application.
Select your product, choose the delivery method (home delivery, in-store pick-up within 1 hour, pick-up at your pick-up point), and pay for your order. Simple isn't it?

Share and find on your Customer Area the list of your favorite products for your gift ideas or to know the opinion of your loved ones.

Delivery :

Have you found your product? Choose the delivery method that suits you. At Darty we deliver to you from 1 hour in store or directly to your home. And if you prefer, you can choose one of our many relay points.
If you have purchased a large household appliance or a TV larger than 32'', don't panic, our deliverers will come and install it for you and can collect your old equipment.

Access to the Customer Area:

Want to know where your order is? You no longer know the end date of your device's warranty? You can now access your Customer Area on the app. It allows you to change your address, your password, manage your means of payment, see the details of your current orders, ask a question about your order or even extend the guarantees of your devices. You can manage all your customer area from your mobile.

*Bonus: have you dropped off a device for repair in your Darty store? You will now be able to follow the progress of your ongoing repairs directly from your mobile.

A question about your purchase? How to use a mode of your camera? The "Assistance & Troubleshooting" feature puts you in direct contact by telephone with our technicians who will answer all your questions.
