Erase Large Numbers: First, remove numbers from the board that are bigger than the target sums.
Odd and Even: If a row or column has only one odd number and the target sum is even, remove that odd number.
Check Largest Number: If the biggest number on the board doesn’t match the target sum, add the smallest number to it. If the total is too high, erase the largest number.
