3. Once Players choose their symbol, any one player will put X or O on the board
4. The second player has to put his/her symbol on the board in a strategic way so that other player do not get one line of their symbol
5. The Line of a symbol can be horizontal, vertical or Diagonal
6. But if the entire board is filled and there are no one line of one particular symbol then the tic tac toe game will end in a draw
7. If there is a line then that symbol person will win.
