Diese App unterstützt den FernUni-Zertifikatskurs. Das erste Kapitel ist zum Probelesen frei verfügbar. Für den vollständigen Inhalt ist eine Buchung über das CeW der FernUniversität in Hagen erforderlich.
Mit der Programmiersprache Java lassen sich neben Standardanwendungen und Applets auch Webanwendungen erstellen. Mit Java eröffnet sich die Möglichkeit, eine Webseite erst bei der Anforderung dynamisch zu generieren und die Anwender mit aktuellen und auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse zugeschnittenen Informationen zu versorgen. Typische Einsatzfelder sind hier u.a. Online-Banking, Online-Shops, Durchführung von Auktionen und Informationsdarstellungen (Aktienkurse, Wettervorhersage etc.). Wie solche Anwendungen mit speziellen, auf Java basierenden Technologien (Servlets, JSP (JavaServer Pages), JSF (JavaServer Faces) und Struts) realisiert werden, ist Gegenstand dieses Kurses.
Der Kurs richtet sich an Webentwickler und Programmierer, die Kompetenzen auf dem Gebiet javabasierter Webanwendungen erwerben möchten. Es werden solide Java-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in HTML und der Webseiten-Entwicklung benötigt.
Wenn Sie den Kurs erfolgreich bearbeitet haben, sollten Sie in der Lage sein, kleine bis mittlere komplexe Java-Webanwendungen zu entwickeln und auf einem Server für die Verwendung bereitzustellen. Sie besitzen ein Verständnis für die Grundtechnologien und haben einen soliden und breit gefächerten Überblick über fortgeschrittene Techniken wie die Verwendung der Frameworks JSF und Struts. Davon ausgehend sollte es Ihnen keine Schwierigkeiten mehr bereiten, Ihr Wissen selbstständig zu vertiefen und neue Frameworks zu verwenden.
Die schriftliche Prüfung kann online oder an einem Campusstandort der FernUniversität Hagen Ihrer Wahl geschrieben werden. Mit bestandener Prüfung erhalten Sie ein Hochschulzertifikat. Studierende können zudem erworbene ECTS Punkte für ein Certificate of Basic Studies bescheinigen lassen.
