*** "Router Connectivity Test" option to test if your WiFi signal is working properly from your WiFi router to your phone. And if there is any problem, you will get solution accordingly.
*** You can open “Support Ticket” for your desired support from the app. You can also inform our technical team about your problem through messaging. You will not have to call our office anymore.
*** You can pay your monthly bill from our app through online bKash payment gateway without any extra charge.
*** You can view your payment history.
*** In case of any disruption on internet or any offer or news, we will post notifications on the app.
*** You can also get our service from the app using mobile data. Your connection may be cut out if you have not paid your bill in time. In that case, you can pay the bill from the app using mobile data or any internet connection and your internet service will be reconnected automatically.
You can also open a support ticket using “Client Support & Ticket System” through mobile data if you are totally disconnected from our internet connection. Our support team will then solve the issue very quickly.
