With over 250,000 hours of nanny bookings to date, we know a thing or two about what it takes to make an Emergency Childcare Supernanny. More importantly, so do the parents using our service!
Once approved by My Family Care, you are fully in control to accept and manage bookings made through our Emergency Childcare service.
Our app is only accessible by nannies that have been interviewed and passed our thorough vetting process. If you’re interested in working with us, please contact our team first.
Our nannies must possess:
• Minimum 2 years' childcare experience (sole charge)
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Enhanced DBS check or equivalent
• Flexibility, reliability, enthusiasm
• Valid First Aid training certificate
• Their own insurance
The emergency nanny job: We're looking for experienced, vivacious, reliable and committed 'super-nannies' ready to work at a moment's notice.
• You might need to fill in for a regular nanny who's on holiday
• Perhaps there's a school inset day that mum and dad forgot to plan for
• Or maybe little one has a temperature and can't go to nursery.
Whatever the reason, the need is the same - for someone amazing to step in and help fill the childcare gap.

8) Respect their privacy
9) Debrief thoroughly
