Description
Al contratar el servicio a Enreach, la empresa nos tendrá que proporcionar los números de teléfono de los empleados que desea autorizar para la utilización de BeePhone. Y a partir de ese momento, el coste de las llamadas realizadas por esos empleados con BeePhone será íntegramente asumido por la empresa, con tarifas hasta un 80% más baratas que las de los operadores móviles tradicionales.
Utilizar BeePhone es extremadamente sencillo: tras descargar la aplicación, el empleado tendrá que validar su número de teléfono móvil e inmediatamente podrá podrá empezar a llamar.
BeePhone contempla dos modalidades de uso:
1. Telefonía tradicional (método “doble llamada”)
2. Telefonía sobre IP (Voz IP)
En el apartado de configuración de la app podrás elegir la modalidad preferida, de entre las siguientes:
1. Usar Voz IP con Wifi/3G/4G
2. Usar Voz IP sólo con Wifi
3. Preguntar siempre: antes de lanzar cada llamada, la app te solicitará el método preferido para realizarla.
4. No usar nunca Voz IP: las llamadas se cursarán siempre con el método de la “doble llamada”.
Cuando el método “Voz IP” esté activado, las llamadas se lanzarán directamente al pulsar un número de teléfono desde la lista de contactos, o al introducir un número desde el teclado de BeePhone.
Cuando se lance la llamada mediante el método de la “doble llamada”, recibirás una llamada entrante desde el contacto “BeePhone”. Descuelga y deja que suene el tono de marcado hasta que tu contacto atienda la llamada.
El precio de esta llamada lo asumirá tu empresa, aunque la hayas realizado desde tu teléfono móvil.
BeePhone es la nueva solución Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD) del catálogo de servicios avanzados de telefonía en la nube de Enreach. La política empresarial BYOD fomenta que los empleados usen sus propios dispositivos móviles como herramienta de trabajo. De esta forma, la empresa reduce drásticamente su gasto en telefonía móvil y gana en agilidad y comodidad.
