Medarbejder skal downloade denne mobil App til deres telefoner, og på turen / runden scanner de QR-koder eller NFC-brikker opsat på deres kunders områder. Appen sender læsningerne sammen med positionsoplysninger (GPS, WiFi, GSM-celle) til CheckandReportLive databasen via WiFi / 4G / GPRS, hvor de kan ses, udskrives og sendes til kunder og eller administratorer
Runderne kan vises på kortet i checkandreportlive.com.
Der er en tovejs kommunikationsevne mellem medarbejdere og kontrolrummet (Web Appen) via stemme eller tekst.
I Appen er der også en TEST-knap og en SOS-knap. Medarbejderen kan også sende billeder og lydoptagelse live til kontrolrummet.
Kan sende positionen som vagten regelmæssigt.
Fuld rapportering af hændelser, kan sendes automatisk eller filtreret efter egenskaber, medarbejdere, periode o.s.v.
Planlæg dine opgaver i Web Appen og bliv adviseret hvis noget ikke er udført som er planlagt.
