In the Kiosk version, employees clock in via Tablet with an intelligent and safe system, located at the workplace.
EASY TO USE AND INTUITIVE - The employee being recognized by facial recognition to get an access to the system, then selects the punch category and confirms.
SECURITY & VERIFICATION - If the employee is not recognized by facial recognition he/she needs to insert an individual PIN, and then a photo of the employee is taken and being attached to the check-in details to confirm his/her identity.
LESS PAPER, MORE TREES - At the same time, the employee sees a digital receipt of the time stamp, which will be accessible in the system.
WITH SYNCHRONIZATION BETWEEN DEVICES - Allows you to see the punches reported in Tablet in real time, in both mobile application and computer.
NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS - Supervisors are notified with any irregularities in clocking (such as delays and overtime).
CLOSING TIME - Supervisors confirm the time tracking throughout the month. At the end of the month, all that remains is to download the report and send it to the accountant.
FULL TIME REPORTS - Access time reports in the dashboard whenever you want. Data is updated in real time. Punches, overtime, delays, AFD/AFDT and more.
