Dina integrates a booking, profiling and payment system that recognises the person and remembers their preferences and requirements, adapting the functions of the setting accordingly. Thanks to Dina, every desk and every meeting room can be turned into one’s own desk and one’s own meeting space in a simple and straight forward way: booking and payment are made via smartphone. THE ULTIMATE SPACE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Dina is a unique interface capable of accommodating the user’s needs and supporting the facility manager at organisational level. Dina is the main contact to query to control, analyse, plan and manage all the activities of the buildings in real-time. The data originating from the automated systems and from the connected systems make it possible to analyse the flows, plan the uses and maintenance work, check accesses by modifying the layouts according to actual needs and, consequently, optimise resources.
Seats, desks and cabinets, locks, partition walls and monitors are all interconnected and, thanks to incorporated sensors, are capable of liaising in real-time with the user and the facility managers of the spaces. Thanks to Dina platform the most significant information about the connected objects can be detected and managed: model, date of purchase, version of firmware installed, date of latest update, historic maintenance and repair log, location and interaction with warehouse stock management.
READY-TO-GO SERVICES
Dina - which is designed to be ready-to-go - allow unused spaces to become value generators. This is an opportunity open to both businesses and private individuals, which can be grabbed by creating a “community of connected furnishings” and co-working spaces that can be booked and paid on-line. Dina therefore becomes the platform for the creation of a network of shared offices and the connected objects are the operating tool for easy and secure management.
The system is open and can be updated and integrated with different technologies. Thanks to constantly evolving integration, the system can communicate with every solution available. The system was designed to adapt easily to the future.
The network created between the setting, the IT systems, the smart objects, the devices, the hubs and the Dina, makes it possible to share data and information of interest to both managers of smart buildings as well as the users themselves. The real-time exchange of the status of objects and usage criteria make it possible to monitor the elements connected to the central system, thereby improving the management of the area, minimising consumption and optimising resources. Dina work in full compliance with the company’s network and security rules. Dina platform can be freely customized on a project base to answer to the company or private user requirements. Dina allows connection to other devices, which communicate their status and therefore make it possible to monitor various components in real-time.
