Description
Программа «DM.Invent» применяется для автоматизации учета основных фондов предприятия. При этом вам не потребуется дорогостоящее оборудование, только смартфон или терминал сбора данных на Android с установленной программой.
ПО предназначено для производственных, предприятий энергетики и нефтегазовой сферы, бизнес-центров и решает задачи:
инвентаризация оборудования, зданий, станков, инструментов и т.д.
фиксации не задокументированного перемещения основных средств
Учет возможен как по штрих-коду, так и с помощью технологии RFID – всё это доступно без лишних временных затрат и с помощью обычного смартфона или ТСД на ОС Android.
Основные функции программы для инвентаризации основных средств:
◉ проведение полной и выборочной инвентаризации основных средств,
◉ смена материально ответственного лица (МОЛ) и помещения/места хранения;
◉ списание поврежденного ОС, с указанием причины из готового списка;
◉ добавление фотографии ОС;
◉ просмотр план-факта инвентаризации в реальном времени, с обозначением цветом активных позиций;
При подключении RFID считывателя, идентификация основного средства может осуществляться на расстоянии, считыванием RFID-меток с основных средств и поиск ОС по RFID-метке.
Процесс работы в приложении:
◉ При входе в программу пользователю предлагается выбрать, с каким процессом пользователь хочет работать: инвентаризация ОС или инвентаризация товарно-материальных ценностей.
◉ В процессе инвентаризации пользователь сканирует штрих-код основного средства(ОС) или RFID метку, либо вводит вручную. Получает информацию по МОЛу закрепленного за данным ОС, место хранения по учетным данным.
◉ Инвентаризация проходит по утверждённому плану. Прошедшие инвентаризацию средства отмечаются зеленым цветом, непрошедшие красным.
◉ После завершения работы с документами данные передаются в учетную систему через FTP сервер или сохраняются в локальную папку на устройстве.
Программа «DM.Invent» совместима с конфигурациями: “1С:Бухгалтерия 8”, “1С: Бухгалтерия для государственных учреждений”, "1С: Комплексная автоматизация”, “1С: УПП”, “1С: ERP”.
Для работы с программой требуется устройство с Андроидом 5.0 и выше.
