■■eXFrameの特長■■
・報告業務はアプリ内ですべて完結⇒さまざまな既存の書式をそのまま使用してアプリ化できるので、これまでの煩わしい報告業務から解放されます。
テキスト情報の入力はもちろんのこと、写真や動画撮影、GPS情報の通知、手書きでの署名入力など、モバイルアプリ内で報告業務をすべて完結できます。
・モバイルでカンタン入力
これまではモバイル上のExcel（R）等に直接入力するサービスやアプリが主でした。しかしながら、PCよりも画面が小さいモバイル端末で拡大・縮小を繰り返しながら入力することはとてもストレスがあります。「eXFrame」はモバイルに最適化された入力インタフェースを自動的に生成し、だれでも簡単にストレスフリーで入力できるようにします。
・スピード導入
これまで使用してきたExcel（R）で作成した報告書等をそのまま活用できるので、現在のフォーマットを変更する必要がありません。また、使い慣れたExcel（R）を使ってモバイルアプリを開発するので、だれでも簡単につくれます。
・報告書を既存の書式ファイルに自動生成
モバイルアプリから入力したデータをもとに自動的に既存の書式の報告書を生成します。そのデータを転記、加工して報告書を作成するといったムダの作業は不要です。業務時間が劇的に削減されます。
・報告書の書式のリビジョン管理が可能
働き方の変化により、報告書の書式変更にも柔軟に対応。煩わしい書式のリビジョン管理から解放されます。
・複数の担当者での入力に対応
作業者、確認者など、複数の担当者の入力しても、１枚の報告書（書式）に自動でまとめて出力ができます。
・定期報告に対応
定期的に点検や報告を行う場合はあらかじめスケジュールを設定しておけば、アプリに自動的に入力フォームが生成されます。
・今後の拡張機能
チャット機能、プロセス管理機能も拡充し、より使い勝手と業務効率化を追及。

1.営業報告
外出先でモバイルアプリを使って日報入力。オフィスに戻って日報をまとめる必要はありません。
2.作業報告
現場でモバイルアプリを使って作業状況を報告。撮影した大量の写真を整理することなく、自動で報告書にすることができます。
3.点検報告
点検しながらモバイルアプリで点検項目をチェック。そのデータが自動的に報告書になります。
4.見積書作成
現地見積もりをしながらモバイルアプリで必要情報を入力。そのデータをもとに見積書を自動的に生成します。
5.勤怠管理
外出先や在宅勤務時でもモバイルがあれば報告完了。しかも出勤簿を自動的に生成します。
