Description
אפליקציית הנוכחות המתקדמת של חילן מאפשרת לעובדים לצפות במידע אישי וכללי בנושאי שכר, נוכחות ומשאבי אנוש ולעדכן מכל מקום באמצעות הטלפון הנייד או הטאבלט את נתוניהם האישיים, את נתוני הנוכחות, ההיעדרות והפרויקטים שלהם, וכמו כן לצפות בנתוני והיסטוריית השכר שלהם.
חילן Mobile מוסיפה עבור הארגון יכולות ניהול מתקדמות המתאפשרות הודות ליכולות זיהוי המקום והמצלמות של המכשירים הניידים. האפליקציה מזהה באופן ממוכן את הפרויקט לדיווח על פי מיקומו המדויק של העובד, כאשר מגוון של אמצעי ודוחות בקרה, מבטיחים לא רק יעילות תפעולית בכל הקשור לרישום הנוכחות, אלא גם בקרה הדוקה בזמן אמת אחר מהימנות הנתונים. כך לדוגמה, ביכולתם של המנהלים לקבל מכל מקום ובכל שעה את מצבת העובדים העדכנית הנמצאים בתחומי החברה.
דוחות בקרה שוטפים בזמן אמת שמציעה האפליקציה פוטרים את העוסקים בתחום הנוכחות מהמרדף אחר נתונים, ממחלוקות וסוגיות של אמינות, מהזנת נתוני השעות ומהקלדות מפרכות. בנוסף, הם מונעים את הבזבוז הנובע מעדכון נתוני נוכחות זמן רב לאחר שנשכחו.
כך מאפשרת האפליקציה למנהלים גישה נוחה ומהירה לצפייה בנתוני העובדים הכפופים להם, הכוללת גם יכולת של התרעה על דיווחים חריגים ואפשרות לאישורי דיווחים של העובדים. בנוסף מתאפשר למנהלים לצפות מכל מקום אילו עובדים כרגע נמצאים בעבודה ומהיכן בוצע הדיווח שלהם.
המערכת יעילה במיוחד בניתוח, מניעה והצגה של חריגות ואי התאמות ביחס לסוגיות שונות הנובעות מדיווחי הנוכחות כגון ימי חופשה, ימי מחלה, שעות נוספות, נוכחות באתרים מרוחקים, שעות כוננות ועוד.
