Having more active users than any other interpreter management system, Boost Interpreter Intelligence is utilized by the world’s largest Language Service Providers:
- Scheduled Interpretation
- Video Remote Interpretation
- Over the Phone Interpretation
- Streamline communication
This application brings language access to the convenience of your mobile device and provides on-demand access to 10,000 professional interpreters representing over 300 global languages on the Boostlingo Hub (BHub)
As a customer you can:
- View Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments in a single calendar
- View, Cancel & Close Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments
- Initiate On-Demand Video and Voice Interpretation Sessions, with access to the Boostlingo Hub (BHub), including Gender & Requirements filtering, as well as an option to change your video call to voice if waiting too long for an answer
- Join Scheduled Video and Voice Interpretation Sessions
- Communicate directly with your language partners
- Change expired password
As an interpreter you can:
- View/Filter and Respond to Job Offers (in-app or via email)
- View Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments in a single calendar
- View, Confirm & Close Onsite & Scheduled Remote Appointments
- Add supporting documentation and Expenses
- Make yourself available for On-Demand Video and Voice Interpretation and receive calls on your mobile device with a variety of Job Offer modes to choose from as well as collecting in-call information
- Join Scheduled Video and Voice Interpretation Sessions from your mobile device
- Communicate directly with your language coordinators
- Change expired password
