TRANG CHỦ
-Hiển thị các số phòng, tầng thuộc tòa đã chọn, hiển thị trạng thái phòng.
Có chế độ Ưu tiên hiển thì các số phòng, tầng theo tòa nhà đã được thiết lập hoặc có sự phân công việc ở trên PMS đẩy về.
-Có chế độ Tất cả hiển thị toàn bộ số phòng, tầng thuộc tòa đã chọn.
-Thông báo: hiển thị thông báo khi tạo mới-duyệt của các chức năng, thông báo từ FO đẩy phòng về cho bộ phận buồng phòng kiểm tra phòng trước khi khách check out.
-Các chức năng: Minibar, Đổ vỡ, thất lạc hỗ trợ nhân viên buồn phòng trong lúc kiểm tra phòng nếu có phát sinh thì thực hiện post các chức năng mà không cần phải vào màn hình chi tiết chức năng.
-Thay đổi trạng thái phòng và khóa phòng.
-Đặc biệt có chức năng chờ check out sau khi bộ phận lễ tân đẩy các phòng cần thực hiện check out, dựa vào đó nhân viên buồng phòng biết được phòng nào cần kiểm tra và thực hiện post các chức năng như mini bar và đổ vỡ nếu có phát sinh, cuối cùng là nhấn Xác nhận check out để bộ phận lễ tân biết được phòng đó đã được nhân viên buồng phòng kiểm tra xong rồi. Như vậy giảm được thời gian ùn tắc khi vận hành khách sạn trong thời gian cao điểm khách check out.
