Descrizione
Auf der mediDOK eForms App stehen Ihre praxiseigenen Formulare (z. B. Einverständniserklärung zur Datenübermittlung, IGeL-Verträge, Behandlungsverträge, etc.) auf einem Tablet zur Verfügung. Ihre Patienten können die Formulare digital in der Praxis ausfüllen und unterschreiben. Abschließend werden die signierten Dokumente im mediDOK-Archiv gespeichert.
mediDOK eForms ist ein Zusatzprodukt zur mediDOK Archivlösung. Die Verwendung von mediDOK eForms benötigt eine eingerichtete Kopplung an ein vorhandenes mediDOK Archiv und kann ohne entsprechende Lizenz nicht betrieben werden. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie bei einem mediDOK Vertriebspartner.

** Wenn Sie bereits eine Lizenz von mediDOK eForms erworben haben **
Bitte wenden Sie sich für sämtliche Fragen an Ihren mediDOK Vertriebspartner. Der nächste Schritt ist das Abscannen des Lizenz-QR-Codes für die App. Dies erfolgt in der App über die 3 Punkte oben rechts über „Lizenz aktualisieren“. Der entsprechende QR-Code wird in der mediDOK Administration angezeigt.
Nicht vergessen: Zur Kommunikation mit dem mediDOK Server wird ein Zertifikat auf dem Tablet benötigt. Dieses finden Sie im geschützten Partnerbereich auf unserer Webseite https://medidok.de/download. Weitere Hinweise finden Sie in der entsprechenden Installations- und Gebrauchsanweisung, die ebenfalls dort verfügbar ist.
