• проводить мониторинг всего парка кофемашин;
• отслеживать состояние оборудования;
• вести статистку продаж (кол-во проданных чашек за определенный период);
• хранить информацию и отчеты о проделанных механиками работах.
Принцип работы
Принцип действия включает в себя несколько этапов:
1. Приложение фиксирует малейшую поломку оборудования.
2. Система отслеживает всех свободных механиков и направляет свободного специалиста для устранения неполадки.
3. Механик получает доступ к информации о кофемашине для анализа.
4. Механик приезжает на место и осуществляет ремонт оборудования.
5. Механик сохраняет фото отчет о проделанной работе.
6. Приложение сохраняет все данные на сервере (доступ к данным есть у всех зарегистрировавшихся пользователей).
