Description
Our application comes equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR), making it easy to validate parking quickly and accurately. OPS-COM also supports virtual no-touch chalking and the enforcement of proper parking regulations, including personal, private property, and hybrid violations such as speeding and careless driving.
With OPS-COM's cloud-based server, all connected patrols and parking wardens can share data, ensuring they stay informed and up-to-date with all operations. Any member of your enforcement team can access chalk details and images, keeping everyone informed and enabling efficient and effective parking control.
OPS-COM also features a self-serve portal for end-users, allowing them to appeal and pay for violations connected to their vehicle. Users can also register for full-time or part-time (temporary) parking, all through the same easy-to-use web portal.
Advanced license plate recognition (LPR) functionality is only a swipe away, and vehicle, plate, permit, and user query tools ensure important parking control information is always at your fingertips.
Our app also enables officers to be highly proactive and efficient by remotely merging new information with the cloud-based parking application.
Integration with a belt-clipped Bluetooth printer allows patrols or any staff to issue violations within a seamless user interface. Violation details are available for user appeals long before the security patrol staff return to the office, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
