• Automatisierte Zeiterfassung und Zeitverbuchung
Mit Hilfe von GPS oder WLAN werden die Arbeitszeiten automatisch erfasst und auf das Projekt\Kostenelement gebucht.
• Reduzierte IT-Komplexität
Durch eine einfach gehaltene Benutzeroberfläche wird die Erfassung der Arbeitszeit auf die entsprechenden Projekte deutlich vereinfacht. Somit können Zeit und Kosten gespart werden.
• Arbeitswege tracken
Die Applikation bietet einen einfachen Weg, den Arbeits- und Rückweg zu erfassen.
• 5-Sprachig
Das Produkt ist in fünf Sprachen erhältlich (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch).
• Zentralisiertes Zeitmanagement – Managementplattform
Über die Synchronisation mit der PSE-Cloud lassen sich die erfassten Zeiten und Projekte schnell und einfach in die interne Managementplattform integrieren. Einsicht in die erfassten Zeiten und Projekte wird auch durch die App möglich sein.
• Zentralisiertes Zeitmanagement - Sonstige ERP Systeme
Die erfassten Daten können direkt aus der App in verschiedene Dateiformate exportiert werden. Somit können die Daten in sämtliche Systeme integriert werden. Zur Verfügung stehen XML, PDF Exports oder via REST-API der PSE Cloud (www.pse-cloud.ch).
• Interoperabilität
Alle mit der PSE Cloud verbundenen IT-Ressourcen wie TimeControl werden interdisziplinär synchronisiert. Unabhängig von den verschiedenen Betriebssystemen hat jede Anwender*in Zugang zu sichtbaren Daten und kann diese bei vorhandener Berechtigung bearbeiten. Die App TimeControl kann auch zeit-, orts- und geräteübergreifend genutzt werden.

Die PSE Solutions ist ein zentraler Anwender dieses Softwareproduktes und kennt die Branche. Wir nützen dieses Produkt täglich selber. Aus diesem Grund ist somit nicht nur der praxisorientierte Lösungsansatz des Produktes sichergestellt, sondern auch das Interesse und die Motivation an der Weiterentwicklung zum Marktleader.
