Med 07Telefoni kan du koppla samtal, hålla koll på kollegor, vidarekoppla nummer och mycket mer. Ni får ett komplett hänvisningssystem med bl.a: avancerade röstbrevlådor, hänvisning, talad hänvisning, kalenderintegration m m som sköts direkt via app i din mobiltelefon.
Fastnätsnummer i mobilen:
Med 07Telefoni MEX kan du knyta befintliga direktvalsnummer i växeln till mobilen. Ni behöver bara hålla reda på ett telefonnummer – fastnätsnumret. Du får då tillgång till växelns alla telefonitjänster direkt i mobilen som om det vore en fast telefon.
Koppla aktivt samtal mellan dina enheter:
Om du svara i mobilen kan du flytta över samtalet till din fasta telefon när du kommer till ditt kontor och fortsätta där. Med 07Telefoni får du full frihet och använder den telefon som passar bäst. Alltid!
Profiler bestämmer hur och var du vill svara:
En av de mest värdefulla funktionerna är att du inte behöver hålla koll på dina kollegors olika direkt- och mobilnummer. Det räcker att du kan namnen. Dina kollegor ställer in hur de vill svara med sina profiler.
Full kontroll på kollegor och köer:
Ha kolla på om dina kollegor är upptagna eller lediga så slipper du vänta i onödan. Logga in i och ut ur köer direkt i appen.
Ring gratis inom växeln:
Med 07Telefoni spelar det ingen roll om ni har kontor runt om i Sverige eller i andra delar av världen, alla anknytningar ansluter till samma växel och ni ringer helt kostnadsfritt mellan kontoren.
