Beskrivelse
Zgłoszenie alarmowe tworzy się poprzez wybór właściwego piktogramu, odpowiadającemu kategorii zdarzenia alarmowego. Zgłoszenie kierowane jest do CPR, a następnie obsługiwane przez operatora numeru alarmowego, według tych samych procedur, które obowiązują przy obsłudze zgłoszeń kierowanych na numer alarmowy 112 w drodze połączenia telefonicznego. Utworzone na podstawie przekazanych informacji zdarzenie, przekazywane jest do realizacji przez odpowiednie służby (Policja, Straż Pożarna oraz Ratownictwo Medyczne).
Należy pamiętać, że istotnym elementem zgłoszenia jest określenie miejsca zdarzenia, co można uczynić na kilka sposobów: wybranie zadeklarowanych miejsc, wpisanie ręcznie lokalizacji bądź przy pomocy GPS. Dodatkowo istnieje możliwość komunikacji dwustronnej z operatorem numeru alarmowego przy użyciu SMS bądź wykonania połączenia głosowego na numer alarmowy 112.
Aplikacja przeznaczona jest dla osób przebywających na terenie Polski.
W celu uzyskania funkcjonalności wysyłania zgłoszeń alarmowych użytkownik musi dokonać akceptacji regulaminu oraz polityki prywatności, a następnie przeprowadzić rejestrację podając poniższe dane:
imię i nazwisko,
adres e-mail,
nr telefonu.
System Teleinformatyczny Centrów Powiadamiania Ratunkowego nie obsługuje wiadomości multimedialnych MMS.
