- Chat: Schreibt euch untereinander ohne zu stören, entweder 1:1 oder in einer Gruppe.
- Live-Pinnwand: Erstellt digitale Aushänge mit Informationen, Umfragen oder Anweisungen. Klärt Fragen gemeinsam und ergänzt die Aushänge sobald es ein Update dazu gibt. Wichtiges könnt ihr euch mit PIN abzeichnen lassen.
- Macht Fotos oder Scans z. B. von Rezepten oder Formularen, und besprecht diese mit anderen.
- Wiki: Sucht in eurer internen Wissensdatenbank, an der das ganze Team mitarbeiten kann. So geht kein Erfahrungswissen mehr verloren. Pflegt auch euer QMS ins Wiki ein und greift über die App jederzeit darauf zu, genau dort wo ihr das Dokument gerade benötigt.
- Aufgaben: Eine effektive Planung aller spontanen und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben im gesamten Team. Jede Aufgabe kann kommentiert werden für Rückfragen oder um das Ergebnis zu dokumentieren.
- Mitarbeiterverzeichnis: Alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen in einer Liste. Ruft euch direkt aus der App an oder seht nach wer gerade online ist
- Gründet Arbeitsgruppen z. B. für Aktionen, Urlaubsplanung oder das Kosmetikteam, und tauscht euch im kleinen Kreis aus - auch, wenn ihr euch nicht jeden Tag seht.
- Mit der intelligenten Empfängerauswahl erreicht ihr immer die Richtigen: schreibt an alle, einzelne Personen oder Berufe, an eine Filiale oder Arbeitsgruppe. Denn Informationen sind nur dann gut, wenn sie auch relevant für euch sind.
