HOW IT WORKS
The AskAFAP app is powered by a highly customised AI engine, trained on the needs of the AFAP’s members. Just type your question or describe your issue – the AI will consider your details, roster, and agreement to provide clear, relevant guidance based on the AFAP’s knowledge base.
If your query needs expert attention, the app will guide you through case escalation to AFAP staff, who can follow up via chat, phone, or video.
