Popis
Mit Cegecom kann der Nutzer mit dem Smartphone unter seiner Büro-Festnetznummer und -Nebenstelle mobil telefonieren. Dabei kann er wählen, ob er das abgehende Gespräch über Mobilfunknetz, als CTI Anruf oder nun neu über das Datennetz (UMTS/ LTE/ WLAN) mit SIP führen will. In den letzten beiden Fällen wird beim Gesprächspartner die Büro-Festnetznummer angezeigt. So bekommt das Smartphone eine Mobile Festnetznummer.
Die Benutzerführung lehnt sich an die Smartphone-Telefonie an: So spürt der Smartphone-Anwender bei der Cloud Telefonie fast keinen Unterschied zur Mobilfunk Telefonie. Trotzdem kann er auf dem Smartphone dank Cegecom jetzt auch die firmenweiten Telefonbücher der zentralen Telefonanlage in Echtzeit durchsuchen, den zentralen Anrufbeantworter der Cloud-Telefonanlage am Smartphone abhören, sowie sich alle via Cloud-Telefonanlage geführten und verpassten Telefonate auf dem Smartphone anzeigen lassen.
Sie können aber noch mehr! So sind die Online Status der Kollegen sichtbar, ob der er telefoniert oder erreichbar ist und auch die Umleitungen können über Cegecom gesetzt werden. In der neuesten Version ist die App nun auch für kommende SIP-Anrufe erreichbar und über die neuste Push Technologie auch in künftigen Android Versionen batterieschonend verfügbar!
