A plataforma CIDIOS está fundamentada na LEI FEDERAL Nº 13.460, DE 26 DE JUNHO DE 2017 que dispõe sobre participação, proteção e defesa dos direitos do usuário dos serviços públicos, ou seja, o CIDADÃO tem o direito de fiscalizar e manifestar sua opinião sobre a qualidade dos serviços em sua cidade e para isso basta a sociedade se organizar e ter um ambiente tecnológico que consiga capturar a voz dos cidadãos e das comunidades em que estão inseridos.
Com CIDIOS, essa visão se torna realidade, pois o cidadão poderá registar a realidade de sua cidade em uma plataforma digital e contribuir para a construção de uma comunidade mais conectada, informada e ativa, em prol do bem comum.
