Description
Met Gamma Remote kunt u via uw smartphone de functies van uw kantoortelefoon bedienen. U bepaalt zelf hoe en wanneer u bereikbaar wilt zijn: op kantoor, onderweg of thuis.
Met Gamma Remote kunt u de volgende functies bedienen:
- Doorschakelen van uw kantoortelefoon (direct, indien in gesprek of onbereikbaar).
- Gelijktijdig rinkelen van kantoortelefoon en smartphone of andere telefoons.
- Kantoor op afstand.
- Niet storen.
- Nummerherkenning blokkeren.
- Bellen vanuit drie adresboeken: smartphone, persoonlijk, bedrijf.
- Anywhere.
Met Gamma Remote kunt u een binnenkomende oproep naar uw vaste zakelijke telefoonnummer opnemen op uw smartphone. U kunt een gesprek ook doorverbinden of een 3-weg conferentiegesprek starten. In de gesprekkenlijst worden alle gebelde, gemiste en ontvangen oproepen weergegeven. U kunt nummers bellen vanuit drie adresboeken, het adresboek van uw smartphone, uw persoonlijk adresboek van uw kantoortelefoon of het bedrijfsadresboek. Wanneer u belt via Gamma Remote zien uw collega’s dat u in gesprek bent.
Altijd bereikbaar onder één nummer Met Gamma Remote bent de baas over uw eigen bereikbaarheid. U kunt via één nummer bereikbaar zijn op zowel uw vaste kantoortelefoon als op uw smartphone. U gebruikt hiervoor “Anywhere” of Kantoor op afstand.
Anywhere Wanneer u veel onderweg bent of geen vaste werkplek heeft koppelt u met “Anywhere” uw smartphone aan uw vaste nummer. Wanneer u op uw vaste nummer wordt gebeld, kunt u het gesprek beantwoorden op uw smartphone. Wanneer u tijdens een gesprek weer bij uw werkplek aankomt, kunt u het gesprek naadloos verplaatsen naar uw vaste toestel.
Kantoor op afstand Wanneer u vanuit huis werkt of vanuit een hotel, gebruik dan Kantoor op afstand. Alle binnenkomende gesprekken komen dan uitsluitend binnen op het aangewezen toestel. Met Gamma Remote kunt u Kantoor op afstand eenvoudig instellen en vervolgens bellen, zonder dat er op de thuistelefoon kosten worden gemaakt. U kiest met Gamma Remote het te bellen telefoonnummer. Uw kantoortelefoon belt naar uw thuistelefoon en zodra u aanneemt wordt uw gesprekspartner gebeld. Uw gesprekspartner ziet uw vaste zakelijke nummer.
Let op: Voor Gamma Remote heeft uw bedrijf een Horizon, OnePro of Compleet abonnement nodig.
