Op elke alarmering volgt een melding in de app en als hier niet op wordt geregeerd wordt volgt er een telefoontje naar de mantelzorgers. Die kunnen het alarm afmelden of bevestigen. Reageren geen van de mantelzorgers binnen een bepaalde tijd dan krijgt (optioneel) de 24 x 7 particuliere alarmdienst een melding. Alle gealarmeerden kunnen direct de professionele hulpdiensten oproepen. En de hulpdiensten die u komen helpen, ontvangen ook relevante informatie over uw situatie. Zo wint u kostbare tijd als elke seconde telt. Logisch toch, dat de snelheid van uw reactie op bijvoorbeeld een brandalarm, samenhangt met uw gehoor of vermogen tot traplopen? Uw zelfredzaamheid hangt één-op-één samen met uw gezondheid.
