Was ist das Plaudernetz?
Menschen mit Gesprächsbedarf können bei einer Telefon-Hotline anrufen. Sie werden nach einer Ansage der Teilnahmebedingungen anonym mit freiwilligen Plauderpartner*innen verbunden.
Diese App ermöglicht es dir als registrierte Plauderpartner*in, deine Verfügbarkeiten zum Plaudern einzustellen. Für Plauderpartner*innen bietet das Plaudernetz eine neue Möglichkeit für soziales Engagement – ortsunabhängig und zeitlich flexibel.
Das Plaudernetz ist eine Initiative der Caritas in Kooperation mit T Magenta.
Für wen ist die App gedacht?
Die App wurde für registrierte Plauderpartner*innen entwickelt. Falls du noch nicht registriert bist, kannst du dich ganz einfach unter https://plaudernetz.at/plauderpartnerin-werden anmelden.
Anrufer*innen wählen wie bisher 05 1776 100 und werden mit einem*r Plauderpartner*in verbunden. Eine App für Anrufer*innen ist nicht verfügbar.
Was sind die Funktionalitäten der App?
- Zeitliche Verfügbarkeit angeben: Mit der App kannst du als Plauderpartner*in eingeben, zu welchen Zeiten du für Gespräche erreichbar sein magst. Du kannst deine verfügbaren Plauderzeiten pro Wochentag und Stunde angeben und diese Angaben jederzeit ändern. Du wirst nur innerhalb deiner angegebenen Zeiten Anrufe empfangen. Falls du doch jetzt Zeit zum Plaudern hast, kannst du dich auch gleich auf "AN" setzen und sofort Anrufe entgegen nehmen.
- Ruhemodus aktivieren: Die App ermöglicht es dir, einen Ruhemodus bis zu einem bestimmten Datum oder unbegrenzt einzustellen, falls du mal auf Urlaub bist oder pausieren magst.
- Anrufliste einsehen: In der App erfährst du auch, wie viele Anrufe du angenommen hast und wie viele Stunden du schon im Plaudernetz telefoniert hast.
- Rückmeldungen zu Anrufen geben: Du kannst uns direkt auf jeden Anruf Feedback geben. Wir freuen uns über all deine Rückmeldungen - sei es, wenn ein Gespräch besonders schön war aber natürlich auch, wenn etwas nicht so gelaufen ist, wie du es dir vorgestellt hast.
- Profil einsehen: Du kannst in der App deine angegebene Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse einsehen. Außerdem kannst du dich wieder aus der App abmelden.
