Beschreibung
Pemerintah Daerah minim mendapatkan inputan dari masyarakat karena layanannya yang belum mendukung. Di sisi lain, sejalan dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), masyarakat hingga kini sudah menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu aktivitas sehari-hari. Tidak terkecuali jika menghadapi permasalahan terhadap layanan publik maupun akses terhadap sarana dan prasarana publik. Masyarakat cenderung menuangkannya di media sosial.
Dengan terjadinya masalah tersebut diatas, diperlukan sarana yang dapat mengakomodir aspirasi masyarakat terhadap akses pelayanan maupun sarana dan prasarana publik. Salah satu alternatif yanng dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan Super Aplikasi Pengumpul Data (SAPEDA). Dengan sistem smartphone mobile dan terkomputerisasi diharapkan dapat diperoleh data secara tepat, cepat serta lebih efisien waktu tenaga dan biaya.
