The Chat Channels app facilitates immediate communication with teams using instant messaging, file sharing, push notifications and group management in a secure environment with a tamper-proof audit trail.
Chat Channels is GDPR-compliant and designed for use within a professional setting. Your organisation has full control of admin permissions and staff are automatically removed from Chat Channels when they leave the HR database.
Chat Channels is one of the many ways that users of Sentinel, the award-winning crisis management software, can communicate and collaborate to resolve a crisis effectively. The Chat Channels app also includes the Contacts Directory that is protected from being shared on social media sites and gives the users the ability to immediately call staff and key contacts.
