Stage Messenger message buttons (which are essentially the various messages you create) are completely customizable. Messages are received in the form of flashing, full-screen alerts on a mobile device! No more wondering if the A/V guy actually saw the text message you sent – that is, if you actually could text a standard text message to someone while you’re walking to the stage. Anyone who joins a session can see the alerts. Simply set up a mobile device on the receiving end of your session and you’ve got your own private, full-screen message alert system that connects the person on stage to the technical teams off stage. This tool is an absolute necessity for anyone who performs or presents both live and virtually. That’s right virtually as well! A simple internet connection makes your Stage Messenger session accessible even in the context of virtual meetings!
Typically, the messages presenters need to convey from the stage are fairly common, but it’s difficult to share those messages when you are in the middle of a performance or presentation. Now with the Stage Messenger app, you can! Stage Messenger bridges the gap between presenters and a/v teams.
Here is an example of how you might use Stage Messenger, you could create a button for the message “I can’t hear my stage monitors”. Add another button for the message “Please go back one slide”. Add as many message buttons as you’d like for the session. Now at the touch of a button, your message alert is sent to the tech team, event coordinator, etc. Your message alert is received full-screen on a receiving mobile device or multiple devices if needed. The messages are entirely customizable, and will be at your fingertips when you need them most, like when you are in the middle of your presentation or virtual event and there’s no discrete or quick way to tell the tech team your confidence monitor just died…We’re just saying.
