1. Celem wykorzystania z aplikacji mobilnej, Użytkownik musi posiadać aktywne konto w systemie Konsalnet z uprawnieniami do korzystania z aplikacji Terminal Konsalnet GPS, zaś uruchomienie aplikacji, z uwzględnieniem wyżej opisanych wymagań technicznych, odbywa się poprzez wygenerowanie loginu i hasła w systemie Konsalnet i posłużenie się tymi danymi przy logowaniu do aplikacji Terminal Konsalnet GPS
2. Korzystanie z aplikacji mobilnej nie wymaga podania jakichkolwiek danych osobowych. Ewentualne przetwarzanie danych osobowych może odbywać się wyłącznie w celu realizacji umowy i dotyczyć wyłącznie danych Użytkowników systemu Konsalnet tj. pracownicy i kierowcy (o ile dane te mają charakter danych osobowych) i odbywa się w zgodzie z przepisami rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE ("RODO"). Właściciel zapewnia odpowiednie środki techniczne i organizacyjne w celu ochrony danych osobowych.
3. W przypadku braku zgody na niniejszą politykę prywatności proszę nie instalować aplikacji lub ją odinstalować. Trwałe usunięcie aplikacji z urządzenia mobilnego jest równoznaczne z zakończeniem korzystania z aplikacji.
