Swamy Publishers (P) Ltd., renowned for its expertise in the art of producing and disseminating Central Government literature, has been dedicatedly serving the community of Government staff and offices in India for over 65 years. Since our inception in 1955, we have been a cornerstone for providing comprehensive guides on Central Civil Service Rules, from entry to exit, for Central Government employees.
Embracing the digital revolution, we expanded our publishing to include electronic resources, launching the Ayra Digital Library, also known as the Swamy Publishers App. This Android-based mobile software application brings the latest rule positions and updates directly to the users, featuring special functionalities such as cross-references, case-laws, and a readers’ forum for paid subscribers.
