BDev
L’entrepreneuriat agricole occupe une place importante dans les thématiques abordées par Eclosio et ses partenaires. Sur le terrain, force est de constater par endroit l’inexistence des outils de gestion, de suivi, de conservation et/ou de documentation des activités des entrepreneurs et aussi des membres des Association Villageoises d’Epargne et de Crédit (AVEC). Certes des outils de gestion en version papier ont été mis à leur disposition, cependant leur renseignement au jour le jour n’est pas encore une réalité. La plupart des entrepreneurs et responsables des AVEC ont des portables androïdes à leur disposition. Ces portables peuvent être très utiles pour ces derniers en cas de digitalisation des outils de gestion mis à leur disposition. C’est dans ce contexte qu’est mis en place l’application digitale BDev pour faciliter la mise à jour régulière des informations, des transactions ou des données en lien avec les activités des entrepreneurs et des membres des AVEC disposant d’un portable androïd. BDev permet de renseigner et mettre à jour : les fiches de stock, le compte d’exploitation, le cahier des flux physique, le cahier des flux financier, le plan d’affaires, les mouvements de fonds au sein des AVEC, la fiche d’évaluation des capacités entrepreneuriales, la fiche d’évaluation du profil entrepreneurial.
