Este portal de venta online está organizado en 4 grandes áreas:
Libros y licencias digitales. Libros de texto y credenciales de acceso para la consulta de su versión digital. Los padres de cada alumno contarán con un acceso individualizado por madre/padre desde el que podrán revisar el listado de los productos que corresponden a sus hijos y gestionar cuáles han sido ya adquiridos. Una vez realizado el pedido, los proveedores, se encargarán de su preparación y envío.
Con cada libro adquirido, el sistema asigna automáticamente al alumno la credencial de la licencia para acceder a la versión digital, que se podrá consultar en la plataforma Alexia Classroom.
Material escolar. Organizado en packs que se podrán adquirir con un pedido
mínimo, así como la venta de material adicional durante todo el año.
Uniformes. Venta sin stock con generación de pedido al proveedor y gestión del stock local de la tienda del colegio. Los pedidos online los recibirá directamente el proveedor, quien se encargará de su preparación y envío.
Para la logística inversa, frente a una devolución o cambio se pueden plantear varios escenarios, que van desde la entrega en tienda física y el envío a proveedor por paquetes o la recogida en casa del cliente.
Actividades extraescolares. La plataforma permite también realizar una completa gestión de las actividades extraescolares de los ocho centros del Grupo Educare, desde la que las familias pueden revisar la oferta disponible y apuntarse a las actividades en los horarios que les convenga, así como realizar los cambios permitidos según las condiciones de cada actividad.
