ZIELGRUPPE
Diese App eignet sich gut für Latein-Lernende der ersten drei Lernjahre, da alle Vokabeln, die in dieser Phase üblicherweise gelernt werden, bei Lateinguru enthalten sind. Darüber hinaus ist die Lateinguru-App auch für fortgeschrittene Lernende zu empfehlen, weil man beim Vokabeltrainer sowohl "einfache" Vokabeln aus den ersten Lernjahren als auch "schwierige" Vokabeln zur Abfrage auswählen kann. Durch häufiges Wiederholen wichtiger Vokabeln wird für Erfolge in der Übersetzung vorgesorgt.
WÖRTERBUCH
Im Latein-Wörterbuch sind jegliche flektierten (= gebeugten, d. h. konjugierten oder deklinierten) Formen der lateinischen Wörter enthalten. Gibt man z. B. senatori ein, ordnet das Programm die Form dem lateinischen Substantiv senator zu und zeigt die dazugehörige Übersetzung und Grammatik (Genitiv, Genus, Deklination etc.) an; zusätzlich wird eine Formenanalyse durchgeführt (hier: Dativ Singular).
Nach dem Klick auf ein Suchergebnis werden weitere Informationen zur Vokabel aufgeführt: Grammatikalisches, Besonderheiten, Lernhilfen sowie gegebenenfalls eine oder mehrere Formentabelle(n).
Funktionen des Wörterbuchs:

VOKABELTRAINER
Mit dem Lateinguru-Vokabeltrainer kannst du dich nach deinen Wünschen abfragen lassen. Du kannst unter anderem auswählen, wie du deine Antworten eingibst (Texteingabe oder Auswahl aus drei Antwortmöglichkeiten), aus welchem Wortschatz Vokabeln abgefragt werden, und ob die Bedeutung und/oder die Grammatik der Vokabeln abgeprüft werden. Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit, dir die statistische Auswertung deiner Antworten anzusehen.
Funktionen des Vokabeltrainers:
• vielseitig anpassbare Abfrage
• bei falschen Antworten: Anzeigen einer Lernhilfe, falls vorhanden
• Wiederholen von falschen Antworten nach jeder Abfragerunde möglich
• Statistik zu den Antworten (richtig / falsch)
