Honest heads-up: this is a Lua programming course. It is not Roblox and not a game engine, and it is not made by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox scripts are written in Luau, a language built on Lua, so the Lua basics you learn here carry straight over when you open Roblox Studio on a computer.

• Each step asks you to write a few lines of code, then checks that the game really does it: the ball moves, the score goes up
• 3 obby-style tracks practise Roblox-style scripting patterns (Parts, Vector3, Touched events, leaderstats) in a simplified simulator, good prep for Luau
