Mit den neuen Funktionen wird der Informationsaustausch zwischen Lehrer/innen, Schüler/innen und deren Eltern jetzt noch effizienter gestaltet.
+ Push-Benachrichtigungen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Mitteilungen stets im Blick behalten wollen, ohne wiederholt Ihre E-Mails zu überprüfen, können Sie nun die Push-Benachrichtigungen aktivieren.
+ Offline-Anzeige.
Wenn Sie gerade keinen Zugang zum Internet haben, können Sie Ihre Mitteilungen auch offline anzeigen lassen.
Nutzen Sie mit der LMS.at App neben der Mitteilungsverwaltung auch die Vielzahl an anderen Anwendungen von LMS.at.
Für die erstmalige Einführung von LMS.at an Ihrer Schule sowie weiteren Informationen zu LMS.at wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Support Team.
BESTEHENDE FUNKTIONEN
+ Vergabe von Schreibrechten.
Vergeben Sie als Administrator/in an Eltern oder Schüler/innen das Recht, selbst Nachrichten zu verfassen.
+ Festlegen der Antwortmöglichkeiten.
Entscheiden Sie selbst, ob Empfänger/innen auf Ihre Nachrichten antworten können.
+ Anfordern einer Lesebestätigung.
Um sich davon zu überzeugen, dass Ihre Nachrichten von den Empfänger/innen gelesen wurde, fordern Sie eine Lesebestätigung an.
+ Erstellen von Gruppen.
Wählen Sie wiederkehrende Empfänger/innen einmal aus und speichern Sie diese als Empfänger/innen-Gruppe, um eine rasche Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.
+ Versand von verschiedenen Dateitypen.
Fügen Sie Ihren Nachrichten Dateien in unterschiedlichen Formaten hinzu (Bilder, PDF-Dokumente, Termine, etc.).
+ Erinnerung per E-Mail.
Versenden Sie an die Empfänger/innen zusätzlich eine automatische E-Mail, mit der Information, dass sie eine neue Mitteilung von Ihnen erhalten haben.
+ Verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
