Welcome to the myFlyntrok app. Your digital safe space to continue your journey of change and growth. myFlyntrok app is part of Flyntrok consulting, a human-centered change firm. Making change accessible to all is Flyntrok's mission. Technology aids Flyntrok in its quest to scale change.

Flyntrok helps firms and communities reimagine the way they work. By helping them rethink, reskill and retool for relevance. We offer you the myFlyntrok app to continue your learning journey with us.

myFlyntrok app brings together research-backed content, in easily consumable nuggets. It helps you weave in your experiences with proven theories to make sense of the change around you. We borrow from our knowledge, experience, and passion for organizational development, Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Executive Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, Process Facilitation, and the like. These coupled with technology help us create personalized immersive learning journeys. myFlyntrok is one such experience designed for you.

myFlyntrok is designed with the same set of beliefs that guide our work on change and adapting to the changing world of work. These tenets or beliefs are:
