Descrizione

SLComFFort
SLComFFort is a digital platform developed to support the evaluation process of teaching assistants by students. The application is designed with two main user roles: students, who act as evaluators, and teaching assistants, who are being evaluated. Each role is provided with features tailored to their specific needs.

As students, users can evaluate the teaching assistants who have accompanied them throughout the semester. The evaluation process involves searching for teaching assistants based on the classes attended, and then providing assessments in the form of quantitative scores and narrative feedback. This evaluation is expected to offer objective, honest, and constructive input regarding the teaching assistant’s performance in supporting the learning process.

On the other hand, users with the role of teaching assistant can access the evaluation results submitted by students. The available information includes a summary of evaluation scores as well as written comments provided by the students. This allows teaching assistants to reflect on their performance and use the feedback as a basis for improving their competence and professionalism in assisting academic activities.
