Time and Attendance: The attendance is tracked using the ERP system as it eliminates basic eras. Teachers mark computer or cell attendance digitaly Administrators and Parents can access real-time attendance data to ensure regular attendance of students.
Student Exam Reports Management: The ERP solutions allow you to generate, distribute and analyse exam reports. Includes storing exam schedules, sample papers, and marking syllabus Following the exams, teachers input the grades into a system and reports that looks at what each kid performed in. Students, parents and teachers can access these reports through secure online portals.
In most cases, ERPs automate the collection of fees and related management configurations. It manages the template of fees, payment deadlines and outstanding for each student. Parents will be able to view fee details, pay fees online and will even receive automated notifications when a new payment comes up. Admin can also create financial reports for Revenue Analysis and see trend of Fee Collection.
Library Management: The ERP system helps in automating the operations of libraries by providing its digital library catalogs, circulation tracking systems, and on-cloud book inventory software. It keeps track of books that are available, where they can be found in the library and signed out histories. Students and staff can search for books, place reservations on items which are already out on loan (normal charges may apply), and review their account status online. Track book movements, overdue fine management and reported of library usage can be easily managed by librarians.
Adding Students to Class Attendance
This feature would be on the teacher app and would have options to easily mark student attendance.
Teachers can view their timetable and select the classes they would like to teach from the timetable.
They, in turn, can then mark the attendance of students either by manual selection of 'present' or 'absent' or through digital means like QR code scanning or RFID.
Sending Home Messages:
Text messaging and notifications can be used for teachers to make announcements, share student progress reports, or alert parents and guardians if there are any behavioral issues. They would arrive at an in-app messaging feature to compose messages, select the recipients from the students per grade or class, and send it directly to the system's parents' or guardians' contact. This function ensures smooth interaction between teachers and parents, which helps in collaborative school affairs and involvement in the learning of the child.
Defining Fee Structures:
Administrators can define the types of fees, such as tuition fees, examination fees, transportation fees, and so on.
They would be able to generate multiple categories of fees, payment frequency in terms of monthly, quarterly, annually, and due date for that particular type of fee.
Student Fee Management:
The ERP system handles the detailed specifics on the fee aspect once a student profile has been created.
When the fee structures are defined, the system can automatically calculate aggregate fees for a student according to his or her enrollment status and any discounts or waivers that the student may be eligible for.
The students, or their parents/guardians, can securely get their details concerning the fees they are to pay in the future and the history of paid fees, together with other relevant liabilities.
Fee Collection
The ERP system provides options for multiple payments of fees, which include online payments, direct bank payments, and manual payments in the office.
