Wappa Babies, una innovadora aplicación de gestión orientada a centros infantiles y que permite a los centros infantiles ahorrar tiempo y mejorar la comunicación entre su centro educativo y los padres. Esta aplicación ha sido desarrollada con expertos en educación infantil y, por tanto, abarca todas las dimensiones importantes tanto para los centros de educación infantil como para los padres.
Wappa Babies implica conectar los formadores en centros infantiles con los móviles de los padres, abriendo un canal de comunicación directa centro-padre/madre por medio de una APP.
Algunas de las características de nuestro software son las siguientes:
• COMUNICACIÓN CON PADRES: WAPPA permite a los centros gestionar la comunicación con los padres de forma eficiente y en tiempo real sustituyendo las antiguas agendas o libretas.
• PADRES Y EDUCACIÓN DE SUS HIJOS: WAPPA permite a los padres consultar desde el móvil aquellas actividades que la guardería quiera compartir con los padres relativas a la educación de sus hijos (comedor, evaluación, siestas, excursiones, etc.).
• AHORRO DE TIEMPO: Los educadores podrán dedicar más tiempo a los niños ya que simplifica sustancialmente la metodología de almacenamiento de la información diaria relativa a cada niño.
• NOTIFICACIONES: Los padres desde cualquier Smartphone (Android o iPhone) podrán visualizar toda la información relativa a su hijo en tiempo real y además podrán dar indicaciones a la guardería sobre determinados aspectos como el tipo de medicación requerida, alimentación o la persona autorizada para la recogida del niño.
Wappa Babies es una innovadora aplicación implantada en más de 100 centros infantiles que, a muy bajo coste, permite a los centros distinguirse de sus competidores, ahorrar tiempo en la gestión administrativa y facilita la comunicación con los padres.
Wappa Babies supone un distintivo de calidad para aquellos centros que buscan optimizar la gestión y mejorar sustancialmente la información diaria que comparten con los padres sobre la educación de sus hijos.
BENEFICIOS PARA EL CENTRO INFANTIL
A continuación hacemos un breve resumen de las ventajas que reporta Wappa Babies a los Centros que lo contrata:
• EL CENTRO INFANTIL LLEGA AL MÓVIL DE LOS PADRES: Wappa Babies permite a los centros infantiles compartir con los padres información relativa a las actividades diarias de sus hijos de forma eficiente, en tiempo real, sustituyendo las antiguas agendas o libretas. Wappa Babies permite a los padres tener la agenda del curso escolar completo de su hijo o hija en el dispositivo móvil (Wappa Babies App).
• MEJORA LA GESTIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN: Wappa Babies facilita al centro el proceso de recopilación y tratamiento de información diaria relativa a cada alumno (menú del comedor, actividades, siestas, notificaciones a padres, calificaciones, etc.), por medio de tablets.
• NOTIFICACIONES A DISPOSITIVOS MÓVILES: Wappa Babies permite mandar notificaciones instantáneas a los móviles de los padres (excursión, actividad extraescolar, tutoría, día solidario, etc.)
• MEJORA LA COMUNICACIÓN CENTRO/PADRES: Si bien no sustituye la necesaria comunicación oral entre los profesores y los padres, Wappa Babies mejora notablemente la comunicación centro/padres ya que los padres pueden consultar en cualquier momento y desde su dispositivo móvil el informe diario, o de cualquier día del curso escolar, sobre la educación de su hijo.
• PROTECCIÓN DE MENORES: Algunos centros crean grupos de comunicación tipo Whatsapp para comunicarse con los padres. Aparte de las limitaciones de comunicación de esas aplicaciones, su mal uso puede vulnerar la privacidad de los menores. Por tanto, los centros están buscando una herramienta que les permita comunicarse con los padres de forma segura, en tiempo real y que ofrezca privacidad.
