We werken samen met Duikvereniging Flash-Gorgone opgericht in 1986 (04-03-1986) in Bergen NH inmiddels gevestigd in Alkmaar.
De cursisten en instructeurs zijn tussen de 8 en .. jaar oud. Duikcentrum KevMic-Diving heeft meerdere instructeurs.
Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in duiken, dat is de hobby en passie van al onze instructeurs.
Onze duikopleidingen;
Onze duikopleidingen zijn gebaseerd op de systemen van PADI, NOB, IAHD, WOSD, CMAS, PSDA opleidingen. Dit zijn wereldwijd de grootste duik opleidingsorganisatie`s, en de les systemen zit didactisch goed in elkaar.
Binnen KevMic-Diving hebben we er voor gekozen om bepaalde onderdelen van de cursus extra aandacht te geven, meestal omdat die onderdelen (zoals zweven en een efficiënte zwemslag) de duiker zullen helpen sneller een betere duiktechniek te ontwikkelen.
De lesmaterialen die we gebruiken tijdens de theoriepresentaties zijn veelal Nederlands of Engelstalig. Op deze manier leert de cursist ook de Engelse versie van veel duikbegrippen, iets wat op vakantie meestal goed van pas komt.
Je wordt geacht thuis het theorieboek te lezen of de E-learning te gebruiken, op het duikcentrum bekijken we dan nog de bij de les behorende DVD, dit is voldoende om het theorie examen en de quizes te halen. Door deze zelfstudie hebben we tijdens de theoriesessies tijd over. Tijdens de theoriepresentaties zullen we ingaan op onderwerpen die niet in het boek (kunnen) staan, zoals de duikomstandigheden, gewoonten, ontwikkelingen en mogelijkheden in Nederland en de bekendste vakantielanden, maar ook over de nieuwste duikmaterialen en merken en de huidige ontwikkelingen op het gebied van diep en technisch duiken met andere gasmengsels dan lucht.
Advies nodig over je duikuitrusting;
Mocht je overigens op zoek zijn naar een duikuitrusting (of delen ervan), dan zijn we altijd bereid om je een persoonlijk advies te geven gebaseerd op onze ruime ervaring met verschillende typen en merken duikuitrusting. Wij hebben in onze winkel een ruime keuze aan duikmaterialen, tevens kunnen wij duikmaterialen van alle merken voor je bestellen en wij hebben standaard een 50-tal maskers en vinnen op voorraad.
Ook voor service en onderhoud kun je bij ons terecht.
In onze verhuurafdeling vind je goed onderhouden duikuitrusting van verschillende merken. Zo kun je tijdens je opleiding al verschillende trimvesten en ademautomaten uitproberen en vergelijken.
KevMic-Diving also teaches all courses in English. Most of our Instructors have worked at dive resorts all over the world and have taught courses in English.
